In 1841 the family resided in Emley Town, in 1851 at 158, Emley at Emley Village in 1861. In 1871 she was a Widow residing at Greenhead Lane, Dalton but by 1881 had become an Annuitant and was living at Town Street, Emley. She died in 1883 at Emley and on 4th March 1883 was buried at St Michael the Archangel Church, Emley.

Hannah died on 14th October 1877 and was buried on 17th October 1877 at St Mary Church, Worsbrough. She was a widowed Cow Keeper in 1861 and listed as no occupation in 1871.

They resided at Bump Hall, Hoylandswaine between 1861 and 1871 and in 1881 at West Thorpe. Hoylandswaine. She died in Wortley Road on 12th October 1905. Mary Ann and Rhoda Moxon are sisters and they married brothers Timothy and Sidney.

He married Elizabeth Hammerton on 2nd June 1824 at St Mary Church Worsbrough and had sixteen children, Joseph, William, Thomas, Ann, Sarah, Eliza, George, Ellen, Mary, Edward, James, Catherine, Emma, Elizabeth, Martha & Henry. The family were living in Worsbrough Dale in 1825. Between 1841 and 1851 the family resided at Hemsworth. He was a Tailor during this time. Thomas had a drastic change of jobs because in 1861 he was a Brother of Archbishop Holgate Hospital living at Archbishop Holgate Hospital, Hemsworth with his wife. He died in 1863 in Hemsworth.

In 1851 he was residing with his parents and actually working at home, probably on his parents Farm. In 1861 the family resided at Midhope and at Brittania Hotel, Spring Vale, Penistone in 1871. Asa was a Licensed Victualler (Innkeeper) in 1871. He died in Spring Vale, Penistone on 2nd August 1878.

In 1841 he resided with his second wife and youngest children at Upper Midhope, Bradfield and in 1851 at 20, Bump Hall, Hoylandswaine where he was a Farmer during these times. Between 1861 & 1871 the family resided at Stocksbridge where he was now an Iron Works Labourer and in 1881 at Johnstone Street, Stocksbridge. He died on 15th September 1887 at Kingston Place, Barnsley.

In 1851 the family resided with his mother at Greenhouse, Shelley but after her death continued to live there until at least 1881. In 1851 he was now working the 40 acre farm with his mother, as an Agricultural Labourer but after she died took over the running of the farm and became a Farmer of 40 Acres until he died in 1889. He died on 12th June 1889 at Shelley and on 15th June 1889 was buried at Shelley.

In 1851 she was a widow living with her brother, Henry, and her two children at Barkhouse, Shelley. On 11th April 1855 at Thornhill by Dewsbury she married (2) Jabez Booth and had another three children, Elizabeth Ann, Betheul & John.  In 1861 the family resided at Wood Nook, Shelley and between 1871 and181 resided at Town End, Shelley. She died on 6th May 1885 and on 6th May 1885 was buried at Kirkburton.

In 1851 the family resided at Royd, Bradfield and at Bolsterstone, Bradfield in 1861 but in 1891 she was a Widow living on her own means at Manchester Road, Deepcar. She died in 1899 in the District of Wortley.

In 1851 he and his wife were residing at Barkhouse, Shelley with his father & several Nephews and Nieces but between 1861 and 1891 the family were residing at Town End, Shelley. Henry was a Grocer and Draper in 1851 but between 1861 & 1891 had expanded to become a Shopkeeper and Postmaster. He died on 6th September 1894 at Huddersfield District and on 9 September 1894 was buried at Kirkburton, All Hallows.

John died on 2nd January 1863 and on 4th January 1863 was buried at St Michael the Archangel Church, Emley. In his will, by probate in Wakefield on 23rd March 1863, he left everything to his wife which was less than £200.

Between 1841 & 1861 the family resided at Thorncliff, Emley where he was a Farmer. He died on 23rd January 1870 at Thorncliff, Emley and on 1st February 1870 was buried at St Michael the Archangel Church, Emley. In his will that was read out on 7th July 1870 at Wakefield he left the sum of £450 to his son Thomas. Full Probate read "My son Thomas - sole executor - whole of my personal estate & effects together with the tenant right on the farm in my occupation with all the cattle & livestock on the same.
Also the cottage house in Emley at present in the occupation of George Brook for the uses herein after named.
My son to pay to my wife 5/- per week as long as she remains a widow.
I give to my wife the whole of the furniture in the front parlour
And to my wife the rents of the cottage occupied by George Brook
