Jane married Henry Worthington at St Wilfred Church, Standish on 6th December 1802 and had nine children, James, John, Thomas, Jane, Mary, Alice, Peter, Joshua & Elizabeth. Children may not be exact due to the fact that there was another Henry #1851 who married Jane Hooton around the same time in the same area. I have come to the conclusion that all this Henry's children were born in Standish but most of the other Henry's children were born in the surrounding villages. The major problem is identifying them as the main Church of Shevington was St Wilfred in Standish. It didn't have a church until about 1873. She died on 17th February 1853. She was a widow living with her children at Grove Street, Standish in 1841 and with her son Thomas in 1851 in the same Street.

John was baptised at St Mary Church, Nottingham on 13th October 1767. He married Ann Wooton on 17th February 1789 at St Mary Church, Nottingham. They had seven children, Thomas, Ann, Sarah, Sarah, John, James & William.

Between 1841 and 1851 the family resided at Tong Moor Gate, Tong With Haulgh, Bolton and in 1871 she was a Widow living with her son George at Rows Cottage, Smiths Croft, Great Lever, Lancashire and classed as an Annuitant.

The family resided at Finch Mill and Nook, Shevington in 1841. He was a Cotton Weaver at the time. In 1851 he lived with his daughter Ann at 27, Lower Ground, Standish and was described as a Pauper.

He married Jane Roby at St Wilfred Church, Standish on 23rd June 1822 and had eight Children, Richard, George, Henry, Matthew, Peter, Mary, Elizabeth & Jane. Between 1841 and  1851 the family resided at Tong Moor Gate, Tong With Haulgh, Bolton. He was a labourer in 1841 and an Iron Minder in 1851. The 1851 Census also states he was born in 1804 at Standish.
