In 1871 though he and his wife were residing at Elland cum Greetland with their Grandson, Arthur. He was an Agricultural Labourer in 1841, in 1851 a Rail Labourer but between 1863 and 1871 was just listed as a Labourer. He died on 21st July 1878 at Beckett's Hospital, Barnsley of Sloughing from burns on leg when trying to extinguish blazing shavings at Prospect Saw Mill. He was an engineman at the Saw Mill on his death. |

After William's death she went to live with her youngest son, William at Velt Farm, Blaisdon in 1881 and died in 1882. William died after a ten day bout of Bronchitis on 19th April 1878 at Dursley Cross, Longhope, Gloucestershire. |
